Hello Beloveds!
What a wild nine days it has been! HEAVY rehearsal schedule, Solid Sound (WOW!), the revolving door of tourmates due to Covid related illness, the withdrawl of another due to cancer side effects and the begining of our trip through Texas with M Ward! It seems like two months have gone by in mere days. The good news is everyone is ok and really having a good time playing music for you. I want to thank our audiences for masking up and keeping themselves AND us safe. THANK YOU from the bottoms of our roadworn, immune system vulnerable hearts. It is a big deal, your care and respect has meant the world to us.
Speaking of Texas, we have been playing a song by one of it’s most revered native son’s, Roky Erickson, “Be and Bring Me Home.” Since we are here now we’d love to promote the version we recorded on the Roky Erickson tribute called “May the Circle Remain Unbroken” for Light In The Attic records.
