“A barnacle?!” you ask.

Yep. It’s a little bittersweet how hard music has had to weather things. My house has been burned down and unfinished for so long I’m becoming a barnacle too. I’ve grown a little calcium overcoat and some algae. I don’t like it. Every now and then workers come along and scrape off a little of the algae, but it’s like credit card debt or student loans – there is no end in sight. Do other people whose homes have burned down ever get them rebuilt? Or is it a myth? Like insurance.
