New album announcement!

Hello, kind readers. I have been a little AWOL lately as I am “in the crunch” of this very event. I am happy to announce I have a new record titled “Neon Grey Midnight Green” which will come out on September 26th of this year. This is what I do and who I am and I’m so thrilled to have a new record ready to go. Many talented collaborators (musicians, artists, techs, conductors, partners, friends, my record company, Anti) and I worked very hard on it and threw our whole souls in. The album is for and about musicians, it is a love letter and a testimony. We are valuable. And our connection to YOU, that we make together, is world building and sublimely devastating in its power. We, us together, are what make new pathways and change and grow our minds and our hearts and the world. 

This record celebrates stories and singing just for the love of singing, sounds and textures played by real people in the room. The sounds of their sleeves brushing a chair, a breath, a scrape, the air itself are all here, not digitally scrubbed away, to recreate the sounds of my studio so it can build itself around you. You are so invited to sit in the red velvet chair, with my dog Coco at your feet and feel it. To feel a possible, new way. To physically feel a beautiful memory. To braid them together into joy, defiance and hope.
