Today in northeastern Vermont it was 68 degrees, and it’s supposed to continue like this for another 10 days or so. Meanwhile, in Santa Fe, New Mexico they woke up to a scene of beautiful, Christmas-y snow. Not that snow is unheard of at high altitudes in New Mexico, it was just strange to see a photo of it this morning while sitting on my front porch with pineapple sage flowering next to my face. To call this “unseasonal” is underselling it.
I could talk about the woes of climate change, but you know about that and I want to do something different here, something related to my last post’s question: Have you ever changed a season to what you needed it to be?
