A 0.7 mechanical pencil and 3 by 5 notepad. Sometimes a teeny case of spare mech. pencil leads. I'm a writing fool, so need to jot down any ramblings and song lyric ideas. And love to draw... Gotta have a surface to work on.
Only had a cell for a year now, as yet I'm not a slave to it. But, try and find a public phone anymore this day and age... So, suspect it and I will eventually be inseparable. Know it's been handy when I require AAA auto assistance or towing...
Omg. I am haunted by those damn dental picks. I find them in public places, where they shouldn’t be. They gross me out yet I sometimes photograph them. (Love this question). I too paper calendar, pen bag. I feel justified in my old school bag lady ways.
TELL ME ABOUT THE PEN!! I have a small pen collection and I tell myself no more pens. I will regret it when I am 80 and have nothing to eat but I have 8 pens and four boxes of Blackwing pencils.
I've been obsessed with pens since high school. I have a special pen holder, and my go tos right night are le pens, and paper mate gel pens (I have all the colors). I have been carrying with me faber-castell 4 piece pen set with me at all times (I actually need to buy some soon cause they are running out of ink. I actually prefer the ink to Microns, but I love the micron size range.
Gen X-er here, and since I was a teen, I have carried around: a small paper calendar with room for notes in the back because I always get writing ideas when I'm out walking or waiting somewhere, a (these days) Pilot G2 pen, a set of nail clippers because raggedy hangnails can ruin my day (and you can use clippers to cut loose threads or pry something open in a pinch), a tube of lip balm, and a pocketknife if I'm not heading to the airport or the courthouse.
I am a loyal V5 user. I can’t write with anything else. Also, Capricorn. I cannot go 100% electronic. So, i usually have a paper calendar, items on my phone. And a clipboard. I’m a chef, so it’s basically my brain. Prep lists. Order guides. Price sheets. All of it.

I knew you were a pen person! (It's Lee-ah, no punch required if I ever get to a show again.)
Gen-Xer here. Pilot G2 fine .7mm in black

Fine Point Sharpie, Mini Post Its, Vermint (Wintergreen), Goat Milk Lip Balm my constant companions.
I'm not a cold person. There is love and forgiveness in my heart. I do my best to never hold a grudge... but God help the pen that betrays me.

Sensamark #2 pencils were my favorite. A few found their way home with me from my temp job, I confess. It's tough being agnostic!
Happy holidays, Neko!
