SOFT FOOTFALLS
This is one of those cushioned, snowy Sunday mornings that makes me love Vermont so. Silent footprints, snowglobe windows, the landscape is like a fluffy duvet and tea tastes extra good. I got home late Friday night from the wilds of Connecticut where I was hunkered down with my fellow creative teammates from Thelma and Louise world. We worked so hard and made some truly great progress I think, but Saturday was a wash, I was exhausted. It’s ok, I’m also “working hard” to be better at resting, haha!
This last week, I wrote a new song for the musical, replaced an old one, fixed some lyrics and played a lot of baritone guitar. It felt good. We busted through some roadblocks and had lots of good laughs. I truly love my colleagues. I am so lucky to work alongside them. The highpoint of the trip though…
